Its extremely low surface tension effectively prevents adhesion of inks, adhesives, resins, and other sticky materials, reducing the frequency of roller cleaning.

The roller core (usually stainless steel or carbon steel) combined with internal heating elements (electric heaters or steam) ensures even roller surface temperature (temperature variation ≤ ±3℃). Paired with a temperature control system, it allows precise drying temperature management, avoiding local overheating or uneven drying.
·High Wear Resistance & Corrosion Resistance:
The Teflon coating undergoes a special treatment process, resulting in higher hardness than standard Teflon. It can withstand friction during material transport and resist corrosive substances such as inks, solvents, and acids/bases, significantly extending roller lifespan.
·Advantages of Black Coating:
Compared to transparent or white Teflon, the black coating has higher heat absorption efficiency, accelerating heat transfer to the material surface and improving drying speed. Additionally, its dark color makes it easier to detect surface stains or scratches, facilitating timely maintenance.
